Article 1: Definitions
- We: Padelplezier.nl, the natural or legal person offering products and/or services at a distance to consumers.
- You: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into a distance agreement with us.
- Distance Agreement: an agreement that is made exclusively or partly using techniques for distance communication.
- Technique for Distance Communication: for example, telephone or internet.
- Reflection Period: the period within which you can exercise your right of withdrawal.
- Right of Withdrawal: your ability to cancel the distance agreement within the reflection period.
- Day: calendar day.
- Duration Transaction: an agreement for a series of products, services, or digital content delivered over time.
- Durable Data Carrier: for example, a CD-ROM or a USB stick.
- Digital Content: data that is produced and delivered in digital form.

Article 3: Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from us and to every distance agreement that is concluded. The terms and conditions are made available to you before concluding the agreement. If this is not possible, you can view them on our website and receive them free of charge upon request.
Article 4: Information
Before the purchase, we provide information about the product or service, the price, the method of payment, and the delivery. This information is clear and complete.
Article 5: Confirmation and Security
- After placing an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation.
- We secure the exchange of data and ensure a safe payment environment.
- We may assess your creditworthiness and, for valid reasons, refuse your order or impose special conditions.
Article 6: Right of Withdrawal for Product Deliveries
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 35 days after receiving the product without giving a reason. The withdrawal period starts the day after you receive the product. After notifying us of your return, you then have (at least) another 14 days to actually send the product back.
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
- If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for the depreciation of the product. So please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged for a return.
- The costs of returning the product are at your expense, unless otherwise agreed.
- We will refund all amounts already paid, including shipping costs, as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product or proof of return shipment.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal for Service Deliveries and Digital Content Not Delivered on a Physical Medium
For services and digital content not delivered on a physical medium, you have a reflection period of 14 days, unless otherwise agreed.
Article 8: Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that spoil quickly, personalized products, or sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken.
Article 9: Cancellation by Withdrawal
You can cancel the agreement free of charge within the reflection period. The withdrawal must be communicated to us in an unequivocal manner.
Article 10: The Price
All prices include VAT. Prices can only be adjusted as a result of changes in VAT rates or other legal provisions.
Article 11: Conformity and Warranty
We ensure that the products and/or services meet the agreement, the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability, and the legal regulations.
Article 12: Delivery and Execution
We deliver your order within 4 working days, unless otherwise agreed. The risk of loss or damage to products lies with us until the moment of delivery.
Article 13: Duration Transactions: Termination, Extension, and Duration
You can terminate an agreement for an indefinite period at any time with a notice period of up to one month.
Article 14: Payment
You must pay the amounts due within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed. We offer multiple payment methods, such as iDEAL, Klarna, Visa, Mastercard, and more.
Article 15: Complaints Procedure
We strive for good complaint handling. Complaints will be answered within 24 hours. You can also submit your complaint to Q Shops through their mediation service or to the European ODR platform.
Article 16: Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to our products and services belong to us or our suppliers.
Article 17: Personal Data
We process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. You can consult this on our website.
Article 18: Applicable Law and Competent Court
Dutch law applies to all agreements between you and us.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies of these third parties.
